We have exciting news: Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) has signed on to co-sponsor the SEPSIS Act (S.1929)!

Senator Banks serves on the powerful Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, which must approve the bill before it can advance to the Senate for a full vote. His support is especially meaningful as we work to build the bipartisan momentum needed to move this lifesaving legislation forward.

Senator Banks now joins a growing bipartisan coalition of influential senators who have thrown their support behind the bill.A companion bill has also been introduced in the House, and we are working hard to build support there as well.
